The logo and the story behind it
HAMT HR grew out of client demand. Companies HLB HAMT advised on entering the UAE kept asking the same question: who will employ our people while we set up?
From advisory to infrastructure
For two decades HLB HAMT helped overseas companies structure their entry into the Emirates. The paperwork was the easy part. The hard part was the months between deciding to expand and being able to employ someone legally.
HAMT HR was created to close that gap: licensed entities, an in-house PRO team and a payroll practice that could employ, sponsor and pay people from day one, with the same audit-grade rigour as the parent firm.
